At Kick Ass Kustom Paint and Airbrush our reputation is very important to us.  We pride ourselves in our high quality, totally awesome kustom paint and airbrush jobs that blow our clients minds.

Some people are nervous about ordering kustom paint and airbrush work over the internet, however we aim to make you kustom paint and airbrush experience as easy and as mind blowing as possible.  After seeing our work here on our site we hope you not only want to get your kustom paint and airbrush job done but that you want us to do it for you.

We believe that the most important element in getting the job done is COMMUNICATION!  That's why we like to keep in contact with you throughout the job, from planning the concepts to getting it back to you and all steps in between.   It is imperative that we are both clear on exactly what you want and also what you are getting from us and how much it will cost.

In order to develop your kustom paint and airbrush job we ask that you fill out our inquiry form.  Please click here to enquire about work for a BIKE,  or here for work on a VEHICLE  or here for OTHER work and proceed to filling in the enquiry form.

Once you have made your enquiry, we will contact you to make sure we are clear on what your requirements are, or brainstorm ideas with you if you are unsure of exactly what you are after.   We will then design a one dimentional replication of what your finnished job will look like.  We will email this through to you.  When you are absolutely happy with your kustom design, we will finalise it, provide you with the cost and email it through to you for your written approval to proceed. 

Once the design has been agreed upon we will arrange with you for a mutually convienient time to book your job in, at this time we will also give you an expected completion date. 

In order to confirm your booking we will need a 50% deposit.  Average time from your date of booking to when we have it ready for you to pick up for for us to ship it to you is 14 - 21 days.  It is your responsibility to have your parts with us by your date of booking, either by dropping them into our workshop or getting them shipped to us. 

If you drop off and pick up your parts we will require the remaining 50% balance of the cost of the job before we can let you take the parts from our workshop.

If items are shipped to us you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.   We will email you a photo of the work for your final approval.   Once you are happy with the job we will require the remaining 50% balance of the cost of the job before we ship them back to you.  We will allow 4 days for the clear coat to cure before we pack the items to send back to you.  We will pack the parts back into the original boxes that you sent them to us in.  When packing parts please ensure that you wrap them well in some proctective covering eg. sheets or blankets etc. remembering that these will be the protection for your kustom job when it is being sent back to you.  If the packaging that the items was sent in is insufficient to send them home safetly we will need to charge you an addittional packaging fee.  If needed we will discuss this with you at the time of final payment. 

We will provide a 12 month warranty on all Kustom Paint and Airbrush work where we have done all the surface preparation on bare metal.  We also provide a 12 month warranty when we are working over original factory paint. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a warrantly on our work when we have not done the preparation of the surfaces.  Due to the importance of the preparation work being done to Kustom Painting requirements for the final finnish and wear, we can not ensure work, under ours, that has been done elsewhere. 

Please note that warranty's given only apply to paint failure.  Stone chips and poor maintenace by you are not covered.
